   University lectures
The Concrete Pipe Association of Australasia is available to present a Concrete Pipe Technology lecture to university students in Australia and New Zealand. The lecture is focused towards civil engineering students with an objective to introduce young engineers to the world of stormwater drainage and sewer pipes, Australian and New Zealand Standards, design parameters, and installation techniques.

The one or two hour lecture can be tailored to suit your undergraduates needs, and is suitable for 3rd or 4th year students, in subjects that include: concrete technology, concrete structures, water engineering, hydraulics, construction, or local government engineering.

Tutorials and assessment material can also be provided to ensure the students gain the most from the concrete pipe experience. Furthermore, site visits to concrete pipe manufcaturing facilities are also offered.

Participating universities in 2010 include: Canterbury (New Zealand), UTS, UWS, UNSW, Wollongong, Newcastle (NSW), Victoria, QUT (Queensland), RMIT (Victoria), Uni SA (South Australia), and UWA (West Australia).
